Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may have limited delivery options.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Timeless Is Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address
